What design options do you offer?
If you need or want us to design your sign, we’ve got you covered. Get started by emailing us your idea along with any reference images you want us to use as inspiration.
Can I provide my own design or logo?
Yes, we can make your design or logo! Submit a vector file (.svg, .eps, or .ai) then, in the notes section, include anything you would like us to know about your vision for the final product.
What are the sizing options?
Most of our signs are between 16”- 40” in the largest dimension. We have no minimum or maximum size. If you have something highly custom in mind, get started with a quote and share your vision with us in the notes section. We love the weird and the wild.
How long does the production process take?
Production time is 10-14 business days. We ship UPS ground, which is generally 3 days anywhere in the U.S. We accommodate rush production on a case-by-case basis.
What finishes or coatings do you use to protect the sign?
We can add protective coatings for outdoor use on standard signs upon request. Our neon signs are intended for indoor use only.
What is the pricing structure?
As a median estimate, a 24” x 24” sign without neon is between $250 - $400. As a median estimate, 24” x 24” sign with LED neon median estimate between $450 - $650. We price the sign based on size and complexity of the design. Each proof comes with a total; tax and shipping included.
Do you offer shipping or local pickup options?
Shipping costs are included in the total on your proof & quote page. We currently only ship inside the United States.
What is your return or satisfaction guarantee policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love your sign, send it back and we’ll send you a complete refund, including the cost of shipping it back to us.
